Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I ordered a new pair of sunglasses 7 day ago, today I called and they told me that still in processing, then I request to cancel the order because they didn't know why the order still in process. Long story short I can't cancel the order because is still in processing, the only way to get my money back is wait until receive the sunglasses and return it back to them.

After they receive the item then the process to refund the money start and may take up to 2 week to appear in my bank account. Horrible experience, last time I will deal with this company

Preferred solution: Full refund.
