Ordered a ski helment on 11/19.The initial arrival estimate was 11/28.
Then the shipment kept slipping. I contacted customer support. They said they had escalated the order. They couldn't provide a reason for the delay.
The shipping day kept slipping day by day. I contacted customer service again. No action an all, they just claim they had escalated the order. It is now 12/7 and there are still no sign of the helmet.
The shipping day is slipping everyday. They clearly stated that for apparels the shipping day is 2 - 5 business days. Their website didn't indicate the item wasn't in stock.
That is the only item I had ordered.Customer service is totally unhelpful and useless.
