Oakley

So here is the thing. I am 45 years old and I have been wearing strictly Oakleys since I begged my mom for a pair of frog skins at 15 years old. After that first pair of skins I have worn an e wire or whisker since untill recently. I was diagnosed with a terminal illness and was feeling nostalgic I suppose and I ordered a custom pair of frog skins just like my very first pair. Clear frame and red lens. I even had the custom word BATSKINS etched on them cause Im a Batman fan. So I have had them for a minute now but everytime I put them on something isnt right, so I always go back to one of the two other pair of whiskers I own. (Getting ready to buy a third pair, just like my very first pair of those) anyway I could not put my finger on why I cant stand the way the frog skins look on me until today when I went to the oakley website and was just browsing around. My frog skins are the wrong size. I ordered youth and got X-Large it looks like. I have a very small face, hence the wires all these years. So what the worst part is my illness messes with my memory really badly and I had forgotten that I even ordered the youth size till literally a few minutes ago. I know it has probably been past the time limit and I also know that no one would want a pair of custom BATSKINS But being a devoted customer of over thirty years now (wow that just sounds crazy, boy am I old) I thought I better reach out to Oakley and explain my situation, because you guys have never done me wrong in the past, *** you guys sent me a free hat one time just for asking. So with all that being said, is there anything you can do to help take me back to my childhood of that very first pair of Oakleys with the pair that actually fits, and honestly Im not even that worried about the customization. Unless its something you feel you would like to do, but if not i totally aint. Trippin on it, I am just saying if there is a youth pair of the original looking frog skins with the clear frame and red/orange prizm lenss that happen to be laying around getting in Oakleys way. You could make this old mans day. And with the whiskers I am ordering later this week, the frog skins would bring my 3/4 lifelong relationship with Oakley full circle, because of my unfortunate condition, im afraid these will most likely be my last ever pair of Oakleys I get to open brand new and place on my face. I wish I could say Im going to go through ten more pair, but we have to play the cards we are dealt and not by choice, but this is the hand I was dealt. Thanks for listening to me and I would love more than anything if I go to the mailbox sometime in the near future and happen to see my old friend Oakley just happen to send a pair of them frogskins to

Thanks for being such a great company my entire life. I really mean that, forgskins or no frogskins. Oakley has been one of the very few companies that has treated me exceptional from my first purchase (thanks mom) to the very last one in a few days. I hope some kid out there is getting his first pair today and in 30yrs he can say the same thing. Thank You Oakley. Its been an absolute pleasure.!!

12/23 I ordered at Dr. Tavel RX sunglasses.

These are JUNK!!! they have spent more time in repair than in use!

Currently they have lost ear piece- AGAIN! In past they have been put back on & glued more times than I count. Now one is GONE.

I used to love glasses & had a dozen pairs.

I WANT REPLACEMENT EARPIECES FOR FREE!!!

I have spent to many 70 mile trips back to the Dr.

for problems with these. Much bigger problems than this current one.

I am most angered about the lack of quality & ZERO human contact. I have called & cannot get past the prompt.

AI no doubt. I will not NEVER buy or recommend you EVER again UNLESS I get some satisfaction on the complaint.
