Oakley review: Never send the right *** the first time
I ordered a pair of holbrook customs and they came in the wrong color sent them back waited another 4 days for them to come back then they had the wrong lenses sent them back and now they come back with the same lenses.

Oakley is one of the Worst company EVER !!!
Oakley is one of the Worst company I have come across , I purchased a glasses from them almost a month ago and did like it I returned the glasses the same day I received it and till date almost after a month too I haven't received my refund !! Guys DO NOT BUY FROM OAKLEY WEBSITE EVER !! , please save your money and buy from somewhere else... and dont even ask about their WORST customer care available they are least concerned to help you out ... Good luck !

**addendum: I meant to say I was leaving on my hiking trip on Sunday, July 21, not the 22nd. The 22nd is Monday when my sunglasses are scheduled to arrive - after my departure date.

I ordered a snow helmet on December 15, with two Day shipment. Today is December 27, and the item is still not shipped yet. I called the customer care center and she told me to wait for UPS email when they come pick the item up. Then I asked when will they pick up, she said she did not know. She repeatedly asked me to wait for the UPS email without trying to help me.

On 13 November 2018, I purchased 2 pairs of Flight Deck XM (Asia Fit) Snow Goggles, together worth $520. It is now 12 December 2018 and I still have not received either pair of goggles and I have not received an email to update me or explain. Upon calling, they informed me they ran out of stock and just hadn't emailed me. There was no compensation.
