Within the past 10 days, I had experienced great customer service, but today, Decembet 6, 2018, I experienced an interrupting and unknowledgeable custoner service female that had wasted our time, and when I can't seem to communicate with personnel, no matter what company, I always ask for a supervisor. I was told that supervisors were gone for the day and that was not the truth as the followimg call, I was told that when I spoke to her, the 1st call, they, supervisors were still there.

Inconsistent or deceiving. Becausw I feel I wasted almost 2 hours on the phone relating to $900 plus in purchases, I am doing this review that is taking up more TIME!
